Tennis Evolution is an online tennis coaching website designed by tennis pro, Jeff Salzenstein, where he provides shot-specific advice, tactical blueprints, fitness instruction and masterclasses. One of its unique features, which shows how much thought he put into the courses, is that every program also differentiates between right and left-handers in his courses.

Considered to be one of the best technical serve coaches in America, Jeff is a former ATP top 100 player, NCAA All-American at Stanford, and the founder of Tennis Evolution, one of the leading online tennis instruction websites in the world, that started as a popular youtube channel with over 700 videos lessons and over 16 million views.

During his tennis-playing career, Jeff worked with countless coaches and soon discovered that a lot of the traditional training methods were overly analytical, and riddled with flaws – keeping many players from reaching their true potential.

“You see the way most coaches teach the game is overly analytical and relies heavily on fixing things using classic technical cues such as: ‘Turn your shoulders’,  ‘rotate your hips’” Jeff said, “But when you stop following this overthinking approach and instead focus more on the feel of what you're doing [...]Your game will reach new heights, regardless of your skill level, age, or ranking.”

After suffering two major injuries by the age of 25 and going through surgery for each one, Jeff was determined to find a better way to train his body, and so he started learning about injury prevention, athletic performance, movement, technique, strategy, nutrition, and the mental game.

Jeff devoted himself to thoroughly analyze every movement made in the court by tennis pros, going frame-by-frame to decode what made them great. In addition to this, he also studied yoga, tai chi, and qigong to develop a better sense of body awareness.

And as a result, Jeff went on to become the first-ever American to break the top 100 in the ATP singles rankings, after the age of 30. (Back when 30 was considered “ancient” in the world of pro tennis.)

After achieving his goal to break into the top 100, Jeff moved to coaching using the same knowledge and methods he’d develop and tried himself, and that ultimately took him to the top 100.

Through his coaching, online instructions, and video analysis work with students over the last decade, Jeff is often referred to as the “Serve Surgeon” because of his ability to correct and optimize the serves of players of all levels including top touring pros.

He then went to take his teachings online with the Tennis Evolution YouTube channel, which gathered wide popularity amongst tennis beginners, for its easy and actionable content on how to improve your game, as well as insightful analysis on famous players. The Tennis Evolution website was his next step into online training.

Tennis Evolution offers monthly memberships as part of their coaching packages. There are both free and paid monthly membership options, which give the user access to a wide array of tips, tricks, and features.
